Oxford Recovery Center is pleased to introduce two new members of our medical team.  Dr. Shawna Kuhn, our new D.O., will be able to function as a primary care physician (PCP)  as well as accept appointments for acute visits for our employees, patients, and their families. Dr. Shawna will be working together with Dr. Kiran Janjua. Dr. Kiran, a Naturopathic Doctor, with a degree in genetics, will be leading our genetics program, as well as offering a naturopathic approach to medical care. Both doctors have joined Oxford Recovery Center to help serve the ever growing need in our community for a traditional medical doctor that has a natural, holistic approach and will respect your individual choices.If you are interested in setting up an appointment with either Dr. Shawna Kuhn or Dr. Kiran Janjua, please call our office at 248-486-3636. Dr. Shawna Kuhn attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) via a competitively earned full scholarship from the United States Air Force. Upon graduation and completion of her training she was honored to serve both active-duty military members and their dependents as a General Medical Officer. She considers it a privilege to have cared for our brave men and women in uniform who firmly adhere, as does she, to the core values of service before self, excellence and integrity first. Dr. Kiran Janjua was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a minor in Psychology at the University of Alberta. She moved to Arizona eight years ago to pursue her passion in Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Janjua attended the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and graduated with her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine in 2016. After completing her Doctorate, she went on to do a two-year residency in primary care at an integrative clinic in Scottsdale. Read More…
