NEUROMUSCULAR THERAPY

Neuromuscular Therapy builds core strength so the body’s muscles move in symphony. It strengthens deep muscles from the inside out, which can address pain, balance the body, increase strength, and improve flexibility.
We utilize a piece of equipment called a Reformer–a sliding carriage connected to springs, ropes, and pulleys. This helps retrain incorrect movement patterns that lead to pain with appropriate movements. Exercises are done in a variety of positions to unload pressure in joints and build muscle strength starting with the core and moving outward.
Board-certified occupational or physical therapists will guide you to work with the right amount of resistance. We provide assistance for people of any age or fitness level. You will learn to develop good alignment, core strength, and flexibility.
Neuromuscular Therapy, or Pilates Training, is also an excellent modality to develop strength and flexibility, enhance sports performance, and is a gentle yet challenging exercise workout routine.
